How do you get banned from here anyways?

Well, generally we try not to ban people, however:

1. Breaking the harassment rule regularly.
2. Leaking information from here out.
3. Crossing the line one too many times, and generally being a disruption to the community.

Two of these items can have the community shut down, so we'll let people know if they're on their last leg due to endangering the comm. c:

Pardon me, could you clarify number 2 for me? Would this mean talking privately to friends about drama featured here would violate this rule? Or is it just public postings in communities, journals etc.?

Public postings. Showing caps publicly, especially to the featured person. It all has to do with toeing on the LJ abuse line.
