i spent an absolutely ridiculous amount of money but you will note all most of these are useful household and/or stationery items of great ( Read more... )

i don't think i'm allowed to go to japan. or maybe i can go and leave my debit card.

a lot of these are bags & pouches (and boxes, i have a kagami box and an aomine box) so i stashed a lot of the things inside them and wrapped them in t-shirts and things (also not pictured: karasuno & nekoma t-shirts, knb lounge pants, eijun "towel hoodie" & a touou tank top) and put them in my suitcase! i did have to buy a separate suitcase for my non-anime things because my original suitcase was full of anime crap by the time the trip finished. /o\

yes the Ymir thing is a coaster and it came in a set with Krista so i have YMIKURI COASTERS :Db

(they wouldn't take your debit card in Japan actually, most major anime retailers will take credit cards but other than that you have to have cash. you can't even use foreign debit cards to withdraw money except at bank machines at post offices and 7-11 stores)

but if i rolled around in it i might break something important!!!!!! so no i have not. i am carefully sorting and arranging it now while catchin up on orphan black :Dv

Oh my goodness! You could open a shop! XD How could you bring all these goodies with you?! Did you go with an empty suitcase or left your clothes behind? (I also bought so many things, I actually had to buy a new suitcase there and paid the cost of extra luggage on my way back... But was totally worth it. XD)

Anyway - glad to hear/see you had fun. :3 You can make a Kagami & Aomine shrine now. XD And that Eijun mug is so adorable! >.<

I meant to ask before, but always forgot - who do ship with whom in Shingeki no Kyojin? I spot many heichou stuff... And any plans on fics on them? ;)

I hope to see you more pictures of the trip. :)

Haha, no, I am not selling any of this it's all MINE!!!! >:D My suitcase on the way there only had 12kg of stuff including gifts to my friends in Japan, but I did have to buy a new one to put that stuff plus gifts I was taking back to the people back home. The original suitcase was full of anime things (well, and the kakebuton I bought). Luckily my airline allows 2 pieces of checked luggage up to 23kg free of charge so I was fine on that front (otherwise I would have just shipped things back home, Japan Post is super reliable).

I don't really have super active ships in SnK -- if I had to name an OTP it would be Ymir/Krista and then Erwin/Levi. But I do love heichou, he's my grumpy son. :Dv I don't really ship anything hard enough to write it though.

It'll take me a bit to get through the photos and weed out all the blurry/bad ones but I hope to get them up within a couple of weeks!

LOL - just teasing! XD I would never sell my 'babies' either. XD What's more, I just both (2 days ago) a new glass display cabinet because I ran out of space to keep my things...

Hmm, great airline - and expert traveller. ;) My extra luggage containt 23 kg of stuff, tons of djs, so I made a quick calculation and it was cheaper and easier (and faster) way to pay for that extra luggage. Next time I'll choose a different airline and pack more wisely for sure. XD

Ymir/Krista is basically canon and I also ship them. Grumpy Levi is the cutest thing, and I love their height difference with Erwin. <3

Sure - no rush, I'm just curious and eager. ;) Oh, could you fit in Kyoto (KnB exhibition) in the end?

OHH yeah I forgot to mention that!! yes I did go to it! We had to wait basically the whole day for our turn to enter even with advance tickets but I spent an ungodly amount of money there. Didn't buy a limited-edition wallet though; floral patterns are just not my style. The exhibition itself was just cardboard cutouts of the characters in kimono -- the main draw was the merchandise hall at the end. XD
