Tim Hortons in this town hires a LOT of people with bad listening skills. It isn't the speaker box, it's them. I used to do drive-thru for eight hour shifts and would have to have an order repeated to me maybe twice during that time.
If you email Head Office, you may get the amount credited back to your card. I've heard of it before.
Nah, I won't bother. I was really surprised because this location has always got it right before -- the other place further up the road would always get it wrong so I stopped going there at all.
I was the Timmie's on Queen & the 410 drive-thru last night and I swear it took me at least five minutes to get my order of 1 large tea and 2 small coffees in. The girl was laughing and talking with someone else while she was taking my order. Then, when I actually get to the window, it was another five minutes of watcher her laugh and talk to the person who was making the tea. I ended up knocking on the glass to get their attention. She tried to give me a medium tea instead of the large I ordered and I was like all oh no you didn't give me my large tea. Man.

Wow, that sounds like a really frustrating experience. I get that Tim Hortons is not anyone's dream job, but really now.
