Phrase of the Day

In the tradition of Ryan (rytaru) I declare the phrase of the day to be "Cone of Uncertainty." The weather lady on CNN just used it to describe the possible area the hurricane could potentially hit.

There was nothing uncertain about that. It was homing in on New Orleans, but it looks like it wasn't as bad as Katrina which is good.
