Actually the spanish word for color is "color", be that in Mexico, Spain, etc... I just used British spelling when I did the translation. Not just of colour, but also a few other words like neighbours, analysed, mislabelled and centre
Well, with all the troubles the thesis was giving you, it's a good thing it's optional now instead of mandatory... You can still choose to do it if you want to, right?

Do they use the British spelling for the word Color in Mexico? I noticed you used "colour"?
