My grandma is 90, and for some reason social security decided her birtday is now February 14, instead of her actual birthday on the 4th. My mom goes down there to fix it, bringing all this proof of her correct birthday (passports, drivers license, etc.), but they say that's not enough - Grandma had to come down and fill out a form herself
