That's awesome you guys got out of school--too bad you didn't get more snow though. I would complain about not getting out of school last week, but we did get like four inches, so we had fun at least! Anyway, enjoy your day off, good to see you posting some more! i know this is really random but do you know how to make funfetti pancakes/waffles????? PLEASE!!!!!!!!! they sound really good!!

You can take any cake batter and make pancakes with it, just mix up some funfetti cake batter, add a little extra milk and refridgerate it. Once it is cold just put it in a skillet and fry it up. Usually the pancakes are much thicker than normal ones,and they are a little hard to cook. However, if they have been refridgerated the batter should be thick enough to make pancakes. (yellow cake batter works the best).
