Tautology is what we do well because we're so good at tautology.

But really it is the capricious use of apostrophes and the general confusion about possessives that gets me. I count two incorrect applications of the apostrophe, three missing apostrophes, and three correct uses of apostrophes. There is also the inexplicable "his or hers designated title or position" in paragraph 1. Does someone need to repeat third grade?
