Shamans who have enough furyoku, which is a measure of our spiritual ability, have the ability to bring back the dead. So, someone brought be back. Healed my wounds too, which was nice.

Nope, as long as the body is decently intact, anyone can come back from the dead.

As for if I could go back to being alive... No go, I was killed at the later end of the tournament, by the new god, the Shaman King.
