I'll leave the details to others, but it seems that they have, indeed, broken up, although I seriously doubt it's because of a few photos of Randy allegedly flirting with one or more guys in Cologne under the eyes of hundreds of fans.

But yes, Brian had a mini public meltdown, which in my opinion might be the manifestation of the real reason beehind the break-up, Randy not being quite on board with Brian's need to display their relationship to the world ( ... )

I agree with everything you wrote. I actually could believe Randy cheated. But I have no doubt that Randy was not onboard with the publicity! If I had to think of the most un-Randy thing, it would be BB's showing their relationship to fangirls!
