Endos in Boston?

Anyone have any suggestions for specific endos in Boston? I'm currently seeing someone at Joslin. He is nice, but we just don't click and I'm not really getting much out of my visits. Also the assistant or whoever that I see more often, while very nice, all her paperwork says "no pump patients please," and I am on a pump! For these reasons I haven' ( Read more... )

I can't help but maybe since the assistant is nice she might be willing to recommend someone else "off the record"?

Is Bringham on your health insurance? It's just an all around great hospital that I bet has all around great endos. It's important to find a good one!

My sister, a diabetic who has lived in Boston for years says this:

"You can tell her I loved working with Dr. Weir at Joslin. He was a
classmate of our dad back at Western Reserve. He was director of research, but
not sure what he's doing now."

Don't know if that helps at all...but it's a thought.
