Just thought this is something that might interest you...

Today, I attended a Tibetan sand mandala ceremony. I was at Emory University for the weekend, and they had some Tibetan buddhist monks there who had made a mandala for display, and today was when they were supposed to destroy it, so I went to watch. I also got to keep a bag of sand from the mandala. It was rather amazing, but it made me a bit sad because my country has been so mean to their country...
