I was hoping you could actually give me some more information on these two. I knew of Gluttony's attack on Sabine and Sarasim when he first arrived, and I've spoken to Barry... briefly, but it's not given me a whole lot of insight on them specifically...

It's an artificial human, created by defying one of the rules of alchemy "never transmute human beings". They're fueled on human souls to be stronger and more powerful. Each also have a special power. Gluttony's is obviously to eat. Lust could extend her fingers like blades and spears. Greed can harden himself to an impenetrable shell.
