This was very intriguing. When I read crossovers with the two shows it's usually Derek or Stiles related to one of the Winchesters

I don't really see them as related (in my Supernatural stories I go a lot into the meaning of the Winchester lineage) but I do have a lot of headcanons about the role of the Hales in Beacon Hills that I love exploring.
