This is very, very good. I very much enjoyed reading this ficlett. Makes me wish there was a lot more to really sink my teeth in because I got curious as to why Hale was there, how Jackson ended up in prison, who are part of Hale's crew. How does Jackson survive the rest of his sentence, how long is his sentence? Does anyone come and visit him? Danny? Lydia? Does he have anyone besides Hale? I have wanted to read a prison AU for quite some time, I am glad that there finally is something to wet my appetite. Awesome fic, Jackson is very much in character and I loved it!

Hee, I actually have a *ton* of notes for Derek and Jackson in a prison AU, but wasn't making any progress at getting it down as a complete fic. It's worked for me before getting little ficlets out when the prompts inspire something, so hopefully more prompts will do the same for other parts of the story :)

(God I hate it when people get demanding and yet, here I go...) More please? I would kill to see a series of these ficlets. You've drawn so much with so few words, and I love it (and am bookmarking it) and I do hope you'll go back to those notes and write more in this 'verse. And GAH, Halemore. *flails* Yes.

Hee, I'm glad you liked it! This was actually the first pairing that grabbed my attention in Teen Wolf, and everyone I spoke to early on seemed a bit confused by that. I couldn't believe there wasn't more focus on it, because their scenes are explosive, gah.

I'll definitely be trying to use more prompts to get more of this 'verse written -- even my notes have expanded massively this week!

They were my first pairing too! I was like HOLY CRAP did they ever have chemistry. The first story I started writing for TW fandom was Halemore, even though I finished/posted a Sterek piece before that one was done. And I keep on going back to it because there are so many things to be explored between them.

YAY! I'll be looking forward to seeing more.
