Third Transmutation [Video/Action for Route 32 right outside Violet]
[The video opens to Ed, Aurum the Pikachu, and Rain the Squirtle. Ed's Aggron (Colonel) is lazily recording.
Ed's teaching his Pokemon martial arts. They're going through some pretty simple moves before he decided to take a break. He waves towards Colonel, indicating he should come over too.
As the Aggron walks over though, Rain takes a few steps back, looking pretty pleased with herself before she starts glowing. After the bright light fades, you see a new Pokemon.]

[Ed takes the Pokegear from his Aggron and points it at his newly evolved Wartortle.]
