Engineering help needed: Spinning wheel tightens bolt

Loctiite on the nut on the spinning wheel side of the backing wall. Or if you need them, two nuts on that side.

The nut is on the front side of the wheels. Something I forgot to mention is that since this is a set piece in a show, I have to be able to disassemble the frame to transport it in my car. The frame stands at 78" in height.
