I think so, but I'm not sure. I think you go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Coloring, if I'm not mistaken.

This site also offers a Selective Coloring plugin for Elements users, but I have no idea if it works or not. Just sharing the wealth. ;)

Thank you so much for this! I've been seeing so many "How-to's with selective coloring for this icon" tutorials lately, but I didn't really want to follow them as of yet because I diun't understand selective coloring. ^^;

I'm glad you like it ^^ I've found that while 'How-to's with selective coloring' are good and fine, they can be difficult to work with if you don't know how SC works, since you'd probably have to tweak the settings for your images. Anyways, I'm hoping my tutorial will help people get it better ^^
