It's from a book about GARO entitiled Details of Hero...

It's from the latest New Type the Live. I'm waiting on one more magazine that should come in sometime this week and then I'll be posting a batch of scans on konitan_passion that will include it...

Konishi-sama is a little bit bigger than Fujita-san...
