The School Head A was retained at the customs (I think). It's been 4-5 days already. I've receive no notice nor phone calls regarding the retaining. If I didn't track it (not like they update it immediately), I'd thought that he's lost >_<. Can anyone tell me what to do or how to contact these people?

This is a grave entry... Actually I ordered the school head without my mom's consent. And now that my bro is opening a saloon, she asked me to chip in some money.
