Then you will be directed to temporary housing, where you are allowed to stay until you obtain a job or are kicked out after the three week housing period.

Perhaps you may obtain a job by assisting in rebuilding and repairing any place of damage.

I believe he has Section 1 housing unless he has a roommate with something better.
