Rivelata is that space invading island that is floating upside down over other islands in The City Without Walls. Some have traveled there to shop and met people who seem to know them. People who have memories, I assume. They still might be space invaders.

The shirts aren't the issue. The graffiti wall mural in the Hall of Beginnings that most certainly looks like it's done by the same sadistic bum who designed the shirts--that is the issue. It's disconcerting considering how no one reported any suspicious persons.
