Ugh, that's SO annoying. I recently had some paypal issues. I got a notification saying it had been downgraded to limited access because they had reason to believe my account had been accessed by a third party. It had -- I'd just signed up for Mint.com and told it to access it to keep track of my financial stuff. Never again. In order to fix it, I had to change my password (annoying), verify my email, and verify my phone number, except that it won't verify a cell phone and I don't have a land line. They had to send me something in the SNAIL MAIL. So annoying! Luckily it was all fixed within a couple of weeks. I wish you the best of luck in getting your account straightened out. How do you like mint? Is it helping? One of my schoolmates helped create it.
