Hope you're feeling better. Heat always makes me sick, too. When I was in Paris in the middle of July, no air conditioning? I was a MESS.

We have AC, but it costs a TON to run it, and today was my first day at home all day recently anyways. I'm feeling a bit better now though, finally keeping food in and this is my first night in a while that I haven't had a massive headache, so I think I'll be ok. :) I just can't imagine how I managed to survive here last August... when it was HOTTER!
