Oi. I wish you the best of luck. It may sound like bumper-sticker-speak but, really, its the small steps that count. Keep making those, and you'll get where you're going.
If you aren't already seeing a doctor, then you should start right away. If you don't have health insurance and are afraid of not being able to afford it, there are options out there. Try contacting DSHS. No one should have to feel the way you do. Karma doesn't make you miserable, that's not how it works. Good Karma can't make you feel better, either. The issues you're having aren't a matter of crimes committed in a past life or of being a spiritually bankrupt person or anything like that. You have a problem that can be treated. If you're uncomfortable with medication (I am, no matter how crazy I get I won't ever use anti-depresants) then counseling may help. Making sure you're in good health physically will also improve things.
