well, I went and did it. I bought a greyhound ticket to head out to California. I shall be arriving there on August 23, after two days on the road. I sense adventure, and I will be bringing thick books, a shitload of music, and my digital camera. My future awaits...

Awesome. More like three days, but still. Take ten times the amount of battries you need. Also, food IS A FUCKING NECESITY. And any other drugs you consume. And earplugs and alergy meds LIKE WHOA. Both times I was on the bus on the trip to Arizona I had allergy atacks from stale pot smoke. It was NOT FUN with the NOT BREATING.
