Chronicler's Archives, Report #63:

What is the nature of connections between hearts? Do they exist in isolation, or is one connection enough to affect the next? Can the connections between people become strong enough to mimic the connections between worlds?

It is to answer these questions that we have constructed this device.

The people of Camp Fuck You Die were drawn from separate worlds. Together they shared their joys and griefs, formed friendships and rivalries. Their hearts are connected in a web that now spans countless worlds.

Tonight, as the culmination of our research, we will use that net to invite them here.

Preparation are complete. The castle has been filled with more activity than I had thought possible; decorations hang thick from the view and the skyway, and the smell of food and drink wafts up from the hall. Despite my extensive protests to the contrary, someone continually decorates the west entrance with mistletoe. Observation has at least determined it to be of a mundane strain.

Proper invitations have already been sent out by means of the trans-world Moogle network, and while the method of their deliverance may be varied, we have been assured that all affected will have some forewarning -- an impressive feat given that we ourselves are not sure how far the bounds of this experiment will stretch.

The initial effect should last no more than a day, after which those drawn to this world find themselves back in their own. After that, if all is successful... but those are considerations for another time.

Right now, it is time to prepare for the arrival of our guests.
