That wasn't my piont. Even if the dog was tied up, and you still had someone checking in on him a couple or three times a day doesn't make you a stupid pet owner. :) Thats actually being responsible.

We don't even tie her up outside. My husband built a kennel just for her. Check out below. Sometimes when I can't watch her outside and she wants to just be outside, I put her in this kennel. And/or, if I'm gone like 1-3 hours, I put her in this kennel.
