Couple things. About these two; how long do you figure they'll be held for? Secondly, are you aware of the situation that went down at Horton?

From what we all know, they had a fight using dangerous weapons in an apartment building. That's reckless endangerment. We'll need to be certain nobody was harmed. I know it's been a week, but some people choose not to announce these things. How long they're held depends upon if anybody was hurt or killed in the incident, as well as how their evaluations go. If they plan on doing this again, they could be here a while. If not, it could even be a week.
I heard there was something strange that happened at Horton, possibly related to someone having their chip removed? Was there something different, or more to it than that?

According to America, these other people were specifically trying to avoid Russia, and for good reason. One of them was a kid by the name of Latvia. Right now he's got a broken arm, and...well, one guess who broke it. Of course, Latvia won't confirm any of this himself, he's too scared. But his brother told me the truth when he was looking for a doctor for the kid. What's more, he says this is nothing new. Including his account, I've got three separate reports that will attest to Russia having a history of violence towards Latvia and others.
[Deep breath] As for the Horton thing. Apparently someone got their chip out, and there was some trouble for a while. Earthquakes, sudden ( ... )

Hah, that sure seems to be a popular reaction...It didn't seem too hard to me. Hands go in the cuffs, body goes in the cell, and you're done.
