Despite transport being pretty much back to normal yesterday, I still didn't get six-monthly check of my hip yesterday, since the consultant couldn't get in. Maybe he lives in the country. I've another appointment for next week, which is probably a good thing, since walking in with a limp due to a wonky knee would probably just confuse him ( Read more... )

Maybe the plants adjust better when dormant?

...Yeah, I don't believe it either. Someone was probably supposed to start it six months ago and screwed up the planning or finances. :-D

It IS an odd time to be planting, even on walls. Whatever works, I suppose.
I was wondering about your appointment. How's the knee? My foot was torture yesterday and I've worked out that it actually feels better when it's cold! (It doesn't swell, maybe?)
