When people tell me that they understand my anxiety because they've experienced it too, and then go behind my back and say that I'm lying or exaggerating. ..Maybe their anxiety made them go behind your back? Like.. their anxiety lead to an attention-based disorder, which led them to lying.. which led them to ultimately telling the truth, which then triggered the anxiety again, which made them exaggerate their experiences and lie etc. Lmao.. yeah! Who knows, maybe you inspired their love of medicine?
As we know, people looove to borrow other people's personalities. But I bet that's often because they have a hard time dealing with their own. It's always easier to emulate something unreal than to be your own person. After all, we pretty much are, as a race, emulations of emulations of parts of people we hope to become some day (or in some cases, not).
