The most Buddhist movie ever

If you think about it, Raiders of the Lost Ark is the most Buddhist movie ever. Of course, Indiana Jones has a lot of desires - the one that drives the movie is his desire to stop the Nazi’s from getting the Ark of the Covenant. And he does suffer because of his desires: he gets shot at, stomped, slapped and kicked - he takes a serious beating

LOL! I'd noticed before that Indiana Jones's presence in Raiders is ultimately useless but I'd never applied that philosophy to it XD

Not to mention in The Last Crusade he nearly dies from his desire to get the Holy Grail (Elsa couldn't let it go). XD

Well, in the end he didn't even get to put the Ark in a museum, so I guess not even that!

I know, I was thinking more realistic desires though. I fight for what I want and seldom don't get what I want. I could never just passively wait and hope things work out, because they usually don't that way, you know?
