New pin
Today, I unexpectedly got a new pin in the mail!
It's the pin you get when you receive your ITIL Foundation certificate. I did the exam a few weeks ago, and today I got the results (and the certificate and the pin). I knew I passed the exam, but I didn't know how many mistakes I made (4 out of 40, not bad). And I hadn't expected the pin!
If you take more exams, you get pins of different colors too...
