I had heard good things about the new Dune movie, but I didn’t think I’d have the stamina to sit through a movie that’s almost three hours! Most companies react along the lines of: "Yeah, of course we do that for our dear customers!" but in between the lines you can read that they're tickled pink that someone took the time to give them a compliment :)

I'm glad you took time to express appreciation! I've worked in customer service jobs, and of course I always did my best, but it always made my day when someone expressed appreciation (few people do).

Yeah, if there is something to complain, people are lining up to do so. But I also want to reward the behaviour I want to see in the world.

I felt the same about No Time To Die - it definitely didn't feel like 3 hours! I was thoroughly entertained throughout.
