I used to not eat blue cheese "as is", only melted into a sauce, mushrooms or on pizza. It really is an acquired taste. One day, Chris bought some Saint Agur Bleu to use in a recipe, there was some left over and so I tried it and was instantly hooked. Saint Agur seems to be the "newbie blue cheese", but I like the Dutch Bleu better since it's more flavorful. I'm almost out and will order more, it's my new crack. :D
