I have been making chocolates with flexible silicone molds, because those are easy to get the chocolate out of once it’s been set. I did try an experiment with filled chocolates: applying the chocolate with a brush to the edge of the mold, let that set, then pour in the filling (I used caramel sauce) and then fill it off with more chocolate.

I should keep mayonaise in mind next time I make myself an omlette. I only eat the whites and the cats usually get the yolks.

In a pinch, you can also find recipes for 'whole egg mayonaise', which works well too.

Nah, they eat them but I can tell they're not nuts about them either. LOL!
I'm going to try making mayo if and when I need some in the future, you have me curious now. :)
