I have something similar to this. I haven't done anything other than accept it, which is probably not what I should be doing. I would like a hysto but I have no idea how to go about getting my insurance company to pay for one.

OP- Sorry this is slightly off-topic.

If you're in the US- under ACA now, don't insurance companies have to pay for covered procedures regardless of gender marker? I remember reading about that somewhere here on this comm.

Maybe, but I don't know how to go about getting evidence that it needs to be covered apart from "I don't want to deal with these parts"--but I should look into it, yeah.

I haven't personally experienced this, but I've heard it happen to others pre-hysto. Have you seen a doctor?

I haven't had a hysto, it lasted for maybe a few months then totally stopped. If that's your criteria for a hysto, wait another year to see if it stops. It might just be newer on T pains. I've been on T 7 years. Also, chatting with your south of the border care practitioner is a good thing.

I've been on T 3 years and get this pain too sometimes. I figured it was muscular, because my orgasms are so much more intense than they were pre-T. But maybe I'm wrong? Anyway I've had ultrasounds and everything seems normal so I'm not in any rush to get a hysto.
