Unfortunately I don't have any good suggestions, but AVOID Michael Gigante (Brattleboro) at all costs. I had a really bad experience - like lying and privacy violations - with him.

For therapy: I saw Ellen Saxe in Northampton for a couple of years, and she was really great. A good therapist, and also helpful with writing necessary letters to doctors, etc.

That's the practice's focus but it's not limited to that in any way, at least not with Shannon Sennott.

I've heard good things about Dr. Stuart Chipkin, an M.D. in Amherst, although the only people I know who've gone through him have had him as their HRT endo, never primary care. Still, it's a name to put feelers out for.
