So I'm not out at my work and I'm still female-presenting right now. Lately a guy at work has been quite flirty with me, and I flirt back because well he's nice and cute, so why not? But lately he's been flirting more and I'm afraid he might ask me out. Yes I would like to go out with him, but can I? Like I feel like that's being deceptive

well I don't plan on coming out at work, I plan on getting a new job (I've only been at this job about 6 months and I want a new job anyway). He is a nice person and could be a friend. And it may be me just reading too much into things, because last I knew he was already dating someone.
