aromatising risks

5 weeks on T and just got my levels checked. They are above cis male levels, >1200 ng/dl. I'm also on a starting dose of t-cream (2%, 2g daily). Concerned about whether my high levels of T may aromatise to estrogen? I don't have a normal menstrual cycle due to the contraceptive Implanon, which causes periods of months of spotting. If your E level isn't raised compared with previous blood tests, and it's within normal male range, it's not aromatising. It's worth adjusting your dose to give T levels within normal male range just to benefit your general health though - I'm surprised your doctor hasn't already suggested this.

Have you started virilizing at all? "The most accurate assessment of if your dose is appropriate is if it works."~Tom Waddell Trans Clinic(would doesn't even test levels unless asked. They consider this optional.) Are you having adverse effects, like polycytemia? If the answer is no, then you should continue at the present rate.
