Further to this post that we had not too long ago by another member: http://ftm.livejournal.com/7119123.html that made me check out kinesiology tape for binding, I wanted to report on my experiences with it in case it is of any help to anyone

To the negatives, you may want to add that it's hard to use in a very humid climate. I live in New Orleans and when I tried it this summer, it just peeled right off after a little while. I'm going to try it again now that the weather is cooling down.

thanks for the warning! i have only tried it in a not very humid climate.

I'm definitely going to try this! I wish it was less expensive, but alas.
