I met a girl and we have been dating. She informed me tonight she was born intersexed. She was born without ovaries and put on estrogen when she was little. revision vaginaplasties are done in cases like hers sometimes to "facilitate intercourse," but increasing sensation would usually depend on healthy sensate tissue for a graft (e.g., scrotal skin graft in MTF surgery). i'm not sure what the revision options are or what sensation would be like with a sigmoid colon cut vaginoplasty - and that's a really invasive and expensive surgery.

Actually I have no idea. I hadn't heard anything about them being defunct. It'd be worth dropping them a line to find out! I think the site still has contact info, which hopefully still works.

but perhaps the idea COULD be pleasure filled. To know your partner wants to be close to you and is willing to be gentle, smooth, and such. I can't feel much when i fuck with my "other" dick but it still feels good doing the motions. It's worth a shot to MENTION this to the lover.

she said her ex used fingers in her vaginal hole. and that was still painful and the whole idea makes her uncomfortable with front hole sex. i'm not going to pressure her into anything. we'll work with what we have and enjoy it!!

I would second the question about whether a trans-dick would still be painful. An issue that some MTFs have with vaginal construction is that it isn't self-lubing the way factory-installed bits are, so friction gets quite painful, in which case a smaller inserted object and lots of lube might help.

If not...what's so wrong with oral and anal sex, anyway?
