i think you will have a hard time using that in a harness, since it does not have a tab. the weight of the dick will pull it down and is likely to pull the dick through the o-ring because there is nothing to hold it in place but the balls.

have you looked at the vixsking stuff? it's much higher quality and designed for harness use.

So I have to second looking at vix-skin. It has a realistic feel, weight, usefulness with the benefits of silicone (i.e. ability to sterilize and clean easily).

Also the Spareparts harness is the best harness I've ever owned. Definitely worth it!

i use the spare parts and it's excellent. it does, indeed, hold the balls, and i think would work well with this dildo. i'm actually rather tempted to buy it and try it myself.

i love this harness. but it's designed to look like a jock strap, sort of. so the place for the balls is inside a little pouch underneath the o-ring (which isn't actually an o-ring, but a strechy band). so, if you want the balls hanging out, it's not a good option unless you have the goodfella which has balls and a flared base behind them.
i still don't think it'll solve the heaviness issue of this particular dick though.

I think you might be happier with one of the realistic vixskin dildos than this. Get a dick designed for a harness for better success. I used a vixskin with balls before I got testicular implants and it was big, but otherwise good. I now use one of the models without balls and it is a good fit/ high quality/ durable/ feels decently realistic. It is also made of silicone so can be boiled to sterilize
