So, a little while back I asked everyone to share their experiences with nipple sensation post-top surgery. You can see the original post here, but for your convenience, I condensed the numbers and put them behind the cut.

Huh. I had DI from Brownstein, and I have erotic sensation. I have the feeling I might be unusual, though.

Yeah, 0 for 2 doesn't mean much, especially when other folks have some sensation. Also, I decided to leave out how long it'd been since surgery, since not everyone gave that info and I'd have had to draw a regression curve or something to show it. But it does look like guys who'd had their surgery recently were less likely to have any sensation, especially erotic sensation.

Does Steinwald do DI with pedicle now? I thought he was only doing the inverted-T method with pedicle. I suppose that's a form of DI, but I think of it as different because the scarring pattern it leaves isn't the same.

what exactly does di with pedicle mean i know inverted t and regular DI but never heard of pedicle

that is when the stalk of nerves going to your nipple is left intact to retain sensation.

Fischer, DI with nipple grafts. About 4.5 or 5 months since, and incisions and nipples still completely numb (is this normal?) I'm still even waiting on some pigment! The outsides are brown, but in the center is bright pink.
