binders and swimming

Mar 23, 2008 17:33

I'm going away to italy for a week in about 4/5 weeks. And, hell I miss going down to the local swimming pool, but there's one at the hotel, which I will probably be leaping in. So I was wondering if anyones ever just worn a binder under a rash guard vest thingy... and how quickly it dries out and stuff... or any better methods?

I wear a binder under a tri-suit top (because the tri-suit is less clingy than a standard rash guard) and it works pretty well for me (med C cup).

Be aware that the chlorine is bad for the elastic in your binder. If you have a spare or older binder, you might want to wear that one instead.

I have but it takes awhile to dry. Best idea would to have two separate binders- one for swimming, one for wearing after.

yeah that's what I did this summer. one binder for swimming, one for after. I found that it worked fairly well. I just wore the binder underneath a shirt.

Major love for hotel pools. They've been the only place I've managed to swim in the past six years ( ... )
