I did man. I had a seroma develop...I was told to apply a lot of pressure to it. What I ended up doing was putting a second abdominal binder under the vest and then wrapped it with an ace bandage (I was told to do this by the doc that drained it the first time to keep it from coming back). I really helped.

I just wrote about this last night. I've got a seroma on my right side, too. What I've found out is that seromas are the most common complication, and they typically occur on the dominant side, so if you're right handed, you'll more likely get one on that side.

I'm getting mine drained in the morning, hopefully, and it's been really, really painful, so I'm happy to see it go away.

My bf got his top surgery with McLean, and yea he had problems with the drain on one side. It looked kinda scary but they didn't seem concerned and fixed it easily.
