on the quest for a top surgeon

Has anyone had top surgery with Dr. King in Madison, WI? I didn't think we had someone here who did this procedure, but it is on his website. I just emailed his office to see if they have before/after pics and what procedures he is skilled at. Any feedback or additional advice about finding a surgeon in the Midwest would be great too.
