I knew about the TSROADMAP link I read it, but it still doesn't say. and I just read over the other link and it doesn't say either (unless I totally missed it). So maybe no news is good news.

i live in Columbia, MO and legally changed my name this summer--there was never any question as to how long i lived in this county or even this state. i don't see you having any problem with this really...

While I don't have any information at this moment for you, I will look into for you, I have a couple of friends who deal with these kinds of things through the Greene County Court system.
