I don't know how you would want to word this, but something about partners of FTMs.

i would suggest putting in polysexual for that. or one of the manifestations of that.

a polysexual is someone that is not interested in genderidentity or sex, but who the person is inside, which i think applies to trans issues very well.

Oy...you'll never fit everyone no matter how many terms you use...but go to amboyz.org and read their list. It's quite inclusive.

"Anyone defined female at birth who feels that that is not a complete or accurate manifestation/description or their gender" is always good.
