The PK Tech Girl Challenge has been extended to August 1st. Please submit PK Tech Girl elements such as icons, color bars, banners, wallpapers, etc.) Entries can be things you've made in the past, but try to add one or two new elements as well. Three Things (sorry, I waste way too much time at work and notice this crap...)

1) I noticed your affiliation post is the one sarkastic put up, which means you're missing out on people commenting when they want to affiliate. My suggestion is to create a new affiliation post (all the banners and buttons are uploaded at the mod_challenge PhotoBucket album) and repost the affiliation post.

2) How are you going to be picking episodes? I know there's been mostly season one and two stuff, which is fine, but given the amount of J/A shippers, you may want to start picking from the other seasons. Keep it random, but you know. :)

3) Do you have anyone capping dvds? Are any of those sites listed on the user info dvd caps, or avi caps? If you could find someone to cap actual dvds, that might really help. :)

Sorry to be butting in. :) I'm just excited to see you getting more members and participation! :) Don't forget to constantly encourage your members to post (by using reminders) and to comment when someone DOES post...makes them feel good, you know?

I'm glad your here to help, so in no way feel like you are butting in. :)

1.This is how little I know, I had no idea what you talking about. Affiliation what? So I went and looked. ;) I will post a new one. Do you think it would be more effective is I stuck it to the top, so it is always up there? Or would that be obnoxious?

2. Episode picking ... I hadn't thought about it. But, your advice is sound, so I'll start mixing it up more.

3. I'll look into it. I, myself, do have the capacity to cap, so...

Anyway, thanks again. I do have a question. Is there anyway I get notification when someone posts? That would help me respond in a more timely manner.

1) What most challenge comms do is link the Affiliation post in their user info under their affiliates (this comm needs more, I think... ;) ) so that people can comment as needed. So that's what I would do. Go ahead and post it, and then link to it in your user info. Keeping it as a sticky at the top wouldn't be quite the best idea, cause you want people to see the latest challenges. :)

No notification...I keep the alias_challenge on my friends list, so when I see a new entry whenever I check, I just comment as soon as I see it. :) That helps out. :)
